Sleep is good for the brain, study finds

The brain is a good place to be when you want to fall asleep, according to a new study.

The brain can sleep for a good six hours, a study found.

Sleep researchers have found that the longer a person sleeps, the better they are able to learn, perform tasks, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Sleep experts agree that it’s a good idea to get up and get going with the day.

In fact, one of the key principles of good sleep is to keep the brain awake and alert.

The study, which was published in the Journal of Neuroscience, involved researchers from Columbia University and the National Institutes of Health.

It looked at how people slept over a period of six months, and compared the sleep patterns of those who slept in their bed, and those who got up and walked around the room.

Sleep scientists say the findings have implications for everything from diet to exercise to mental health.

It’s a well-known fact that when people sleep, they become more alert.

That helps them perform better, get through stressful situations and keep the stress levels down.

For this study, the researchers asked people to sleep in their own bed for a week.

The participants slept in the same room with their own pillow for six hours each day.

The researchers also measured their brain waves, heart rate and oxygen levels.

When people were awake, they had more activity in their brains and less activity in the blood vessels that supply the brain with oxygen.

When they got up, they were able to sleep longer.

That’s what’s known as a “sleep rebound.”

After six months of sleeping in their room, the brain activity returned to normal.

The research team found that those who stayed up and did something productive had a more positive mood, and were more likely to complete tasks.

When someone woke up and took a walk, they tended to feel better about themselves and felt happier, said study researcher Dr. Roberta Tumlin.

That said, it’s important to remember that sleep isn’t everything.

We all need sleep, and it’s not as good as having a healthy diet, exercise, or getting up and walking around the house.

The best way to get the most benefit from sleep is through good eating habits, exercise and good sleep, Tumkin said.

The sleep-deprivation study was done in a group of people with the National Institute of Mental Health.

The NIH supports the work of the Sleep Medicine program at Columbia University.
